Traveling abroad and having trouble getting to my account

I am living abroad for a short time and sent some money to my paypal account through a service called Swapsy.  My pp account received the money, but when I went to log into pp, it asked for me to receive a code on my cell phone...I presently do not have access to that cell phone.  I am also not able to reach the customer service line by phone.  Don't they have an email?  The system keeps asking me to receive a code or choose another option.  I choose another option but it always repeats the same thing - receive a code through sms.  How can I get out of this loop?  I really need the money now.

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click EMAIL US or use online CHAT during business hours where available.
