Travel Plans

Every time I travel, I attempt to enter the "Travel Plans" into PayPal in the Account Settings.  But, it always returns an error saying "There was a problem creating your travel plans. Do you want to try again?"

 

I've tried entering travel plans into the account in three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, and Safari) and it still returns the same error.  This problem has existed for literally YEARS and I always have to call in, sit on hold for 30 minutes to then have an agent enter in the Travel Plans, instead of being able to enter them in online.  So lame.

 

Just wondering if anyone else has issues entering Travel Plans into their account.  For reference, ours is a business account (not a personal one), so am wondering if that has anything to do with it.
