I am leaving my position at our company and need to transfer the Paypal account to the new office manager. I went into settings but was told that the primary user cannot be edited or changed. What do I do? The new office manager will be handling the money in the account and I will be leaving.
Be prepared for processing delays which could put the account out of use temporarily though due to limited staffing available to handle these kinds of requests.
