I am the treasurer of an organization and manage the budget and refunding of members who are making purchases on behalf of the organization. Eventually, there will be another treasurer who takes over the account so there needs to be a transfer of ownership of the PayPal account. How would I go about doing that? This question was previously asked on this forum but never answered. Do I just need to go straight to paypal?
