Transfer money form bank account to paypal

How can i transfer money from bank account to Paypal. The link add money is not working

You never need funds in your Paypal account balance as a buyer. When you purchase an item then Paypal credit the seller for you, this is so there is no delay in the despatch of your item. Paypal will then take the wait for the funds to transfer to reimburse them from your linked and confirmed funding source (bank account or card).

However if you need funds to clear a neg balance etc then post back for different advice.

Thank you for the answer! Just to clarify - does mean that if I have 100 euro in my PayPal account and I transfer 150 euro to a person via PayPal then PayPal will withdraw from my confirmed bank account only 50 euro. Do you know what is the tax for this operation? Thanks in advance!
