this is Kumar Toka. my paypal business account create as been done last week. however still now it does not activate. yesterday my friend pay one Indian rupee to my paypal account. it show cancelled transfer. How many days it takes to get account activation on.
please let me know and give me confirmation mail once my account activation.
You may link a card to your account for funding purchases.
If you want to receive payments from outside India, you will need to link a bank account. If you have linked and confirmed your bank, and you're still not able to receive cross border payments, you will need to check the Task Board and/or contact PayPal Support.
