To Topup Balance to Resolve Negative Balance

Hi, i have negative balance currently and im trying to topup using my linked debit/credit card but the system says that i cannot enter an amount that is greater than my current negative balance. Please edit the amount and try submitting this request again. My negative balance right now is -10.61. how to topup my balance so that i can refund one buyer of mine?

You can only add funds to a paypal balance via a linked and confirmed bank account, not a card.

So...

sometimes the quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send you a payment to your paypal via the friends / family option (as long as they don't fund it with a card there is no fee). HOWEVER if you do not have that option in your country and it goes as goods/services then you would pay a fee and maybe have the new seller hold SO in that case you may be able to resolve it by paying over the phone via a card.
