Time zone incorrect on new summary page.

After the recent website update, I've noticed that the summary page (at least for business accounts) does not reflect my selected time zone. If I go to the Activity page, then it is correct. This is very frustrating when I'm trying to determine if an order was received before my cutoff time. Is there any way to fix this?

I have also noticed this. I'm on EST time and all payments post for LA time. It would be helpful to allow these to post via the user's time zone. PayPal is a huge company and I can't imagine this would be a difficult fix for one of your many programmers. Thank you.
