Not a question, just reporting a stupid problem. The (Edit) button next to your profile picture is such **bleep**. You upload the documents needed to change your legal name and they reject it and ask you to upload something else. And when you do, they refuse it again and give you another link to upload it to.
It's either a broken button or people at Paypal need to get their **bleep** together.
