The New policies re strong Encryption have locked thousands out of their Accounts including Me
There is no way to contact paypal via Email once you lose that phone number and only a US help phone Number is available with hours/days of wait times
Im unable to receive an SMS so its bye bye to my paypal acct
They suggest we contact through Twitter or Facebook
WHY ? Thats not Paypal
I legally should not have to sign up to Facebook or Twitter to contact PAYPAL how can that be an ACCEPTABLE BUSINESS Practice
