There does not seem to be any human beings working at paypal right now.

PayPal is holding my money because they have deemed selling on eBay as suspicious activity (I cant comprehend how that is even possible, and there are no humans at paypal to answer my questions. I have submitted all of my account verification information, and yet I'm still suspended.

I have tried calling them several time a day over the last few days, and I always get the same message telling me the offices are closed due to the pandemic. I Have sent them 2 chat messages (from 2 different accounts), and have not received a reply in several days. I have emailed them and have not received a reply in several days.

I'm getting ready to call my lawyer if someone at Paypal doesn't contact me immediately.

You wait and see if they will allow you to use your account again or not.

If they accept the information that you have submitted then they will unlimit your account if they don't then you would no longer be able to use paypal.
