The time zone in my paypal account is different from the country. How can I change it?

The country registered in my paypal account is Morocco yet the timezone in my profile is wrong.

(GMT-8:00 pacific time when it should be GMT-00:00).

How can I change the timezone in this case? I haven't seen an option to do that.
