The computer auto-populated my name wrongly when signing up. Now I have to change my name. Just sent my copy of ID and CC statement. How long it will take to make the change? Thanks.
Oh no! The name change process typically takes about 5 business days, but can take longer based on the number of cases we currently have in our queue. Hopefully your name is updated soon!
