The Correct Verification Documents Have Been Submitted

I got asked to send some business verification documents, which I did and they are all correct. They are also all valid within PayPal's time frame that they ask for. I received an email back from them with a number of issues they so called found and have been asked to submit all of them again. The problem is that everything they ask for is correct as per what I sent them in the first place and I don't know what else they expect me to do if they can't accept the official business registration docs for the business along with others. I also cannot make contact with anyone at PayPal via either phone, chat message or email about this. If the documents I submitted are up to date and correct, how else do I get this resolved when I can't actually get a message to go through to or speak to anyone? Any assistance will be much appreciated.
