Hi everyone. My husband I use my PayPal on both our phones. Recently, after a purchase my husband made, all text messages confirming purchases are going to his phone. My phone number remains the only number listed on my paypal account. Does anyone know why this is happening and how can I fix it? I’m not getting the texts at all.
I'm sorry to hear that your husband's phone is receiving payment alerts. Are they text messages or push notifications from the app? If they're push notifications, make sure that you are not logged in to your account on his phone.
