This question i have is for my aunt account, she is trying to login when she tries it tells her they must send her a pin and the number that's on her account doesn't appear, when she tries to add it pay pal doesn't accept it. She calls and the automatic system recognized the number and provides her all her account info but she cant get to an agent to fix the issue. What can she do???
