TRYING TO START UK ACCOUNT, NOT LETTING ME

I started my account in NZ. not Im in the UK and have tried to start a new account. However it tells me I already have one... will simply clearing caches help that or is there another way around it, thanks

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

You are supposed to withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you leave your old country. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved.

You would need to close the NZ one first to have that email address to be released to use on your new one OR you can use a different email address.
