After many years today I opened a new account on PP. I tried to link my bank account to the account but it kept refusing. Only when i tried it on the app, i received the message that the bank number is linked to another account. That account must have been made 15 years ago, so i can't remember any profile or login data. 1. How can I trace that acount to delete it ?
2. How can I eliminate that older bank link to be able to link my bank number to my new account ?
I would appreciate it enormously if someone could help me out ?
