Subject :- requesting to change my paypal name "Removed.

As your service user I want to tell you that my paypal name has been registered wrong . I have already contacted your customer service but no changes has been done yet. Please change my PayPal name to <Removed> . For Id proof I'm attaching my pan card photo. Thank you
