I was looking around on PayPal and looked into creating a business account (though I do not want to create a business account). Then when I looked at the information it had, I closed the tab. Now, whenever I want to log into PayPal, I am stuck on a pending account to create a business account. I deleted all my cookies and history from the last hour, and it still asks me to go back and fill out the business information, while I do not want to make an account. There is no back button. Every time I type the PayPal url, it still gives me these issues. I have attached the page I am stuck at. If anyone can help please do.
