Stope the "Remember me" prompt on eBay purchases

Every time I make an eBay PayPal purchase I am prompted to remember me to save time in the future. Only choices are Remember Me or maybe Later.

I want the "Not now or ever so don't ask again" option. 

I am finding this a bit disturbing that there is no way to disable this as this is a security risk.

I hate this. Every now and then it gets activated and it's annoying to get it disabled.

Here's something interesting though. If you look through the source code, alongside the "Remember me" and "Maybe later" buttons, there's a "Don't ask again" button which is hidden. I was able to re-enable this button but unfortunately, when I clicked on it, it just gave an error.

Mine flashed up with all 3 options but "don't ask me again" dissapears within a split second. Even though I wait with mouse poised I can't get to it as I have to also scroll down a tad to hit the button. It sucks.
