Stop family from adding my checking account to their own PayPal account

How to prevent and stop family members from adding my checking account to their own PayPal accounts? I thought back in the day only one PayPal account per checking account? I always tell them to remove my account from their PayPal account and I'm still getting charges and tons of excuses.

You are only allowed to have a bank account on x1 paypal account at a time, so if it is on yours then they shouldn't be able to add it??
