Hi, my boyfriend is having a big problem and no one is answering the phone at customer service. He set up an account a long time ago. He tried logging in, but there is a new phone number and social security number attached to it. It is giving him an Arabic number to call. I believe someone has stolen his email to set up a fraudulent account. How can he log in when someone has gone in and reconfigured all the security measures? Is there another number to call?
