Every transaction that was made from my account since 31 October 2019 was not made by me, someone else has access to my account & used it for fraud. This led to PayPal permanently suspending my account and when I tried to get in touch about the problem it kept saying ‘try again’ and wouldn’t let me. So then I decided to just wait out the 180 days, then withdraw my money and delete the account, however it’s been longer than 180 days and I still can’t withdraw my money or make any type of transaction. What do I do? I want my money
