Statement notifications

i used to receive email notifications that my monthly Pay Pal statement was ready, but haven't for a long time, even when i do have activity, does anyone know how i sign up for that again?

I noticed that too and checked but guessed they just stopped sending it out and just assumed if one needed the statement we'll just log on.
