I wish to start a Cash Plus account so I can access the MasterCard feature to make purchases from particular sites. My issue is that none of the instructions I’ve seen within the PayPal Community or in YouTube tutorials have assisted mainly because I’m not seeing most of the options (droptabs, etc) being referred to.
