Started receiving HTML email instead of text

After some PayPal update, when PayPal started offering (forcing) their site in a language based on Geo-location, I started receiving email from PayPal in HTML, even I have triple-checked

https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/settings/notifications

I prefer to receive my emails with this format;

Text.

And I have started to receive these non-wanted HTML messages in a language, based on Geo-location, even my;

https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/settings/account

is in English.

I am so annoyed by this funny change that I think I'm gonna terminate this account if this is not fixed.

a little help please. emails from paypal are html. I like to change to text. can not find solution in help. I'm sure it's there some ware. somebody take me by the hand. thanks
