I had an old paypal account with my debit card linked to it. Recently i unlinked my debit card from that old account and closed that account. Then created a new paypal account and when i try to link the same debit card that i unlinked it says " This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method." And won't let me link the card even though i closed that account. Is there a solution for this problem?
