Hi I need to speak to a human can anyone help. I have Money in my account but I cannot access because of account limitations. I sent in the correct documents nearly 2 weeks ago to be verified and I haven’t had a single reply.

Hi, I applied for paypal credit but the page just keeps telling me to check my details. Not sure what else to check. Can you help. There are no highlighted areas

Doubt you will be able to speak to an agent as phones are generally non operational at the moment BUT if it is available it will show up as an option as per below.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
