Hello My account was limited and PayPal asked me for photo ID which I submitted. Later I received an email from PayPal stating that the account has been restored and all features are now working. When I tried to login, PayPal blocked me from entering with a strange error message: Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you. - I can’t send them a message because I’m blocked. - I can’t call them because they don’t take calls. - The only way to reach them is through Twitter and they are not replying there! What should I do?
