Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you

I can't log in into my account. The same Sorry message all the time. I've read all replies which I could found at the Community Help and did as suggested. I did authentication by receiving a verification code to my e-mail. I've changed the password numerous times, but each time I got the same "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you". I tried this from three browsers. What else can I do to get an access to my money?

Still the same. When and how I can enter my account? I only receive "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you". Changing passwords and a verification code doesn't help.
