Good day. My name is Aleksey. I'm from Kazakhstan. I can not log into my account. When I try to log in, I see the message “We noticed some unusual activity” on the screen, then I press the button “secure my account” and then I see “Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you”. I cannot recover the password, because at the stage of sending the code to my phone, the message does not come.

Probably because your paypal account is Russian and you are in Kazakhstan??

But are you actually living in the same country at the moment where your paypal account you are using is?

I am in Kazakhstan and the account was also created for Kazakhstan, but in order to call me to the support service, I need to call to America, but I do not have such an opportunity

I called the Russian support service, but could not help me, they said I need to call the support that serves my country - this is America.
