Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you password change

Hello,

 

I have 2 paypal accounts one for us and on for uk, they are both personal accounts, not business. I'm not able to access the uk account, it's saying that sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you. I have tried to call but because of Covid-19 nobody answered. What can i do to reset my password?
