I'm getting really infuriated with this whole Paypal thing. I'm trying to transfer my money I recieved for a commission to my bank, and they're telling me they cannot confirm It's me, even though my bank has been linked before. I am also frustrated how Paypal shows a notification at the top right corner where the bell is, stating there is a problem with my account, and that I need to resolve it. When I click it, nothing shows up.

 

I have tried calling someone to talk about this situation, no one would answer and even the automatic messaging didn't help what-so-ever. Paypal really needs to step up their game and help their customers. I provided all I need to show who I am, they are STILL giving me a hard time. They won't even answer the phone.
