Something seems to have gone wrong - setting up business account

Hi, 

 

I got a business account. In PayPal notifications, I have the message to provide additional information. 

 

When I try to answer the questions, I can't due to technical difficulties. 

I can't use the account without it, so please help.

I'm having exactly the same problem, and there doesn't seem to be any way to report it to PayPal. I've sent an email but all I got was an automated response directing me to the Smart Help pages!

 

Like Marko, we can't use the PayPal account because of this problem.
