So I just received an email congratulating me on opening an international PayPal account. Never opened one. I've been having issues with someone using a version of my gmail account to sign up for things. According to gmail any version of my email address will always come back to me. How do I fix/contact PayPal to let them know this "email address" or version of mine is already used.
