Hi. My friend has just tried to sign up to PayPal but it is saying that the email address is already in use, so thinking they must of signed up and forget they clicked "forget password " and the PayPal email they received is in a foreign language. How do we report it, I have tried Facebook and it's just a chat bot. Do I need to call the police?
