Someone has hacked my account and purchased items, which have been reported and hopefully resolved. I set up 2 step authentication using my mobile and then had another as a backup. Trouble is someone has removed those numbers even though I changed my password after I found the hack. How can I find out how my account is being hacked and how can I protect it?
