Someone else trying to access my account

Someone else keeps trying to access my account. About every couple of weeks I will get several security codes via SMS. One right after another. I just received 10 of them in less than 7 minutes. When I tried to log in to reset my password I got the message "You've tried too many times" I had to request a security code. I think I know who this is. should I let PayPal know who I think it is? Will they even do anything about it?

I'm sorry to hear you're running into unauthorized attempts to access your account. I might recommend updating your email address and then changing your password once you're able.
