Hi, so I think I made my paypal account before I was 18 and I think that’s the root of the problem. I can’t send or receive money.. I tried closing my account but they won’t let me. Apparently the reason for that is because I violated their guidelines. In which way I have no idea, I’ve only made one transaction since I’ve opened my account!! This is all very frustrating because I could really use paypal right now. If anyone could help me with this problem I’d really appreciate it.
