I have added money before and I read all about this before I joined and sent my money hear and out of the blue I get asked for my tax ID or social I don't think so scooter. I'm recovering from having this physically stole and paypal wants me to give it out on the world wide net . Hello send me a check I'm out.

Click on withdraw funds and request a check.

Then go to settings / profile where there is the option to close your account.
