Hi. How do I check that the info given to a buyer will be shown my business name? I have a Paypal Business account. However, I only see "Login and security" and "Personal Information" under my profile. None of which speaks of a Business Name to display.
Could someone kindly guide me to this please?
Also, for example, my full name is ABCD. Currently on Paypal "Personal Information", it is AB. I am trying to change my name and have uploaded the photo ID as proof. However, upon uploading, I click "Send Your Documents". A loading symbol appears but doesn't transfer me to a new page for me to correct my name or confirm my submission of my photo ID. Is this an error or have my documents been submitted?
