Can i provide green card (Permanent Visa) for identification instead of passport id?
I'm trying to set paypal cash account and i verified SSN but not passport since it expired (i had it issued to me on 2012 while i was under 16) so I'm looking for alternative options to verify myself.
For the driver's license, I never bothered to get one because my big brother always drove me to places, went to same college and only a year apart.
