When I transfer money to an individual, they get 2.9% less than my requested transfer amount. How do I set it up so that the 2.9% is charged to me?

Hi. Thank you for reaching out to us. 2.9% is a service fee or charge if the funds were sent to pay for Goods and Services which PayPal will assume that there was an item sold with the transition. Paying with this option you will be protected by PayPal’s Purchase Protection Program. That's a normal Fee for this option. Hope this helps. Stay safe
