I am trying to separate my business account from my personal. At some point, when I started a pet project, my personal account was merged with a business account. I've read through the other forum threads and found the following solutions:
1. Create a new personal account
2. Call support to have them downgrade my account (https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/My-Account/Separate-Accounts/m-p/1746594#M31499)
I called support and they said it was not possible to downgrade my account. He suggested I cancel my current and open a new one. This is not ideal as I have all of my recurring payments for personal subscriptions tied to this account. Surely there is a way to solve this. I don't even need the business account anymore, I just want to maintain my personal without having to jump through all these hoops.
Anyone in the community have any ideas/suggestions?
