So i just created my account yesterday, Verified my mobile number and added a Visa Card.
Paypal mail me that Sending and withdrawal limits are lift up (Due to i am now a verified paypal user)
However when i try to send money to someone paypal declined it. When i try to cashin using Gcash it says Error please make sure your account is verified etc. Contact paypal.
