Security problem to login

Hello, if I forgot change my selphone number & I loged in 2 PC & same time then Paypal ask Security. There I´s my old phonenumber and I cant login.

There is an e-mail oppertunity but after that asks the secon security question where is the old phone number. I try to send ID picture, try e-mail and this vertification, but nowere doesnt have to change number. I make a new user its simple. But my debit card is the other and I need this user. What to do ?
