Security page loading error

Hi!

I want to disable 2FA on my paypal account because I want to do a factory reset on my phone.

I simply cannot load the security page for days.

The security page simply state this: 

Cannot GET /myaccount/security/

I don't want to lock out myself. 

Is somebody know what to do?

2-Step Verification adds an extra layer of security. If for whatever reason, you decide to deactivate 2-Step verification, your PayPal account remains secure.

Here’s how to deactivate 2-Step verification:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
3. Click Security at the top of the page.
4. Next to "2-Step verification," click Update.
5. Click Turn Off.
6. Click Turn It Off.

You can reactivate 2-Step verification at any time.
