Security key doesn't work

The security key code I received in the text on my cell phone didn't work when I entered it in the box on the screen on my PC. I got an error message asking me to check the code, as if I had entered it incorrectly. I asked it to send another email - same thing - after the third try, it locked me out. I changed my password (using my security questions to get into the account) and tried again. Same thing. Locked out again. Never had any problem with this before. Any ideas?
