Security key battery needs replacement

My Paypal security key is slow to show a number and shows a code batt 02. Any one know what to do?

PayPal has discontinued PayPal branded 2FA security cards and tokens. They have been replaced by the Symantec VIP app linked below. There are 2FA security tokens and cards from Symantec. You can check if these tokens and cards are available at the link below — on the top right. You may also use the Symantec VIP app in place of a physical token.

PayPal is also offers 2FA through Google Authentication as well other authentication apps. You can access these setup settings from within your account at the link below — in the 2-step verification tab.

I went to the 2 Factor Authorization for google setup. The dashboard shows that I have 2FA on, but how do I remove my RSA key? There's no menu selection for the key; it simply shows the ID number.

When an additional 2FA method is added there should be the option in the two step verification tab to set one as the primary. When Google Authenticator is set as the primary, there should then be a remove/set as primary option for your PayPal token.
